- Case 2: If the customer unilaterally terminates the contract before the agreed period, HT Media will not refund the software usage fee to the customer.
b. Refund Policy

- You can register for services with any duration of your choice when creating an account. The account usage fee is non-refundable if you stop using the service midway, but it may be stored in cases of force majeure (e.g., the customer ceases operations due to war, natural disasters, fires, epidemics, etc.).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service without refund in the following cases:
