1. BM Link Warranty Policy

Warranty Acceptance

Within 24 hours of purchasing the BM Link on the system, customers are entitled to a warranty in the following cases:

1. Invite Link for receiving BM cannot be accessed (Link error, Link expired)
2. BM is restricted from advertising (BM dead – Unable to create advertising account)
3. BM has an advertising account that has been disabled (BM live – Advertising account dead)
4. BM information does not match the information on the Website (Creation date, Limit…)
5. Adding a card to the payment method on BM is declined (Only applicable for BM marked as “Add Card Not Declined” on the product label)

(*) For Business Verified BM: One-to-one warranty if the green badge is lost within 3 days of purchasing the BM on the system (This term is accepted if the BM has not violated the terms under the warranty denial section).

Warranty Denial

Customers are not entitled to warranty for BM Link in the following cases:

1. BM has already been used to create a campaign (including drafts)
2. BM has had payment information added (card added)
3. BM has had an advertising account created
4. BM has had personal advertising accounts linked via Clone added
5. BM has had a Pixel created or received Pixel from another BM
6. BM is verified using temporary email services (Mail10m,…)
7. BM has dropped below threshold

(*) Within 24 hours after receiving BM: If BM is restricted from advertising or the advertising account is disabled, do not arbitrarily appeal against BM (advertising account). If you have submitted an appeal, the BM will not be warranted.

We are not responsible for any loss of BM after logging into Via. Therefore, to ensure absolute safety, after receiving BM into Via, please check and report to the admin for processing to remove or downgrade permissions. If the BM cannot be downgraded due to not having sufficient time (less than 7 days), please contact the support team to downgrade immediately after receiving it into Via. We only support downgrading for BM that is still under warranty.

2. VIA Warranty Policy

Warranty Acceptance

Within 3 hours of purchasing Via on the system, customers are entitled to warranty in the following cases:

1. First login fails (Wrong UID, wrong password, wrong 2FA code)
2. Via is previously restricted from advertising (Cannot create campaigns, add BM)
3. Via has a previously disabled personal advertising account
4. Unable to open checkpoint backups (different device, friends’ assistance, uploading ID photo)
5. Via information does not match the information recorded on the Website (Creation date,…)

Warranty Denial

Customers are not entitled to warranty for Via in the following cases:

1. Via has been subjected to checkpoint due to creating campaigns, adding cards, adding BM, registering BM…
2. Via has been restricted from advertising due to creating campaigns, adding cards, adding BM, registering BM…
3. Via has had the personal advertising account disabled due to creating campaigns, adding cards
4. Failing to fake IP when logging into Via, resulting in checkpoint due to geographical irregularity
5. Via is returned by the owner for not changing information after receiving Via

3. CLONE Warranty Policy

Warranty Acceptance

Within 3 hours of purchasing Clone on the system, customers are entitled to warranty in the following cases:

1. First login fails (Wrong UID, wrong password, wrong 2FA code)
2. Clone information does not match the information recorded on the Website.

Warranty Denial

Customers are not entitled to warranty for Clone in the following cases:

1. Exceeding the warranty period (3 hours from receiving Clone from the system)
2. Clone has been restricted from advertising due to creating campaigns, adding cards, adding BM…
3. Clone has had the personal advertising account disabled

Recently, Facebook has frequently scanned personal accounts, leading to a high rate of advertising restrictions on Clones. We do not warrant any cases of Clones being restricted from advertising, so please consider carefully before purchasing.
